When I started North American Fleet Services (NAFS), my goal wasn’t just to build another repair company — it was to fix a broken experience.

For years, I watched how women were treated in shops and service centers. The looks, the tone, the confusion that often followed every estimate. Too many women left those places feeling talked down to, overcharged, or completely left out of the conversation.

That never sat right with me.

So we built something different.

At NAFS, we believe professionalism starts with respect.

That means no condescension, no jargon meant to confuse, and no pressure tactics.

The Women’s Car Care Club (WCCC) came from that same mindset. It’s more than a membership — it’s a movement.

We designed it to give women power over something the auto industry often made unnecessarily intimidating.

Through WCCC, women get:
